Returns

You can cancel your order and return your product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all included accessories.

To start a return, contact us at eli@funneli.co with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns of non-defective items (for example, if you changed your mind), the customer pays the return shipping cost.

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us and we'll arrange to pick it up at our expense.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Warranty

Our hot tubs come with a 1-year warranty on the tub body and a 6-month warranty on included accessories, from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover punctures, cuts, or damage caused by use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
