Free shipping

Shipping is free on all hot tubs to addresses within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery

Your hot tub is delivered to your door in compact packaging. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your package on arrival. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us right away at eli@funneli.co so we can resolve it. See our Refund Policy for details.
