This website, us.bubble-club.com (the "Site"), is operated by Xtra Mile Commerce LLC, doing business as Bubble Club ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, specifications and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration, and colors or finishes may vary slightly. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed with incorrect pricing or information. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the amount paid.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Safe use

Our hot tubs must be set up and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. You are responsible for placing the hot tub on a flat, stable surface that can support its full weight when filled with water and people, for connecting it only to a properly grounded, GFCI-protected outlet without an extension cord, and for supervising children at all times. Hot tub use may not be suitable for everyone; if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
